WASHBURN-MILLS

Stephannie Washburn and Johnson H. Mills, Jr., are engaged and planning to be married April 18, 1992. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon B. Washburn of Penhook. She graduated from Franklin County High School in 1985 and from Radford University with a B. S. in Criminal Justice. She is employed by Franklin County Sheriff's Office as DARE/Correctional Officer. Johnson is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Hollis Mills of Vinton. He graduated from William Byrd High School in 1986 and from ECPI with a certificate in Electronics Technology. He is employed by Layne's Copy Products as Assistant Service Manager.
