SIMPSON BIRTH

Roger and Joan Simpson were specially blessed on Thanksgiving day, November 28, 1991, with the birth of their son, Matthew Scott. He was born at Roanoke Memorial Hospital at 8:17 a.m., weighed 7 lbs. 3.6 ozs. and was 21 1/2 inches long. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Simpson of Salem, and Mr. and Mrs. Platt R. Milgrim of Galax. His great-grandmother is Mrs. Susie Milgrim of Galax. Special thanks to Dr. Lee A. McClennan for his kindness and special care.
