MORRIS, ROBERT K.

Robert Kenton (Sarg) Morris, age 73, died Saturday, February 1, 1992, in the Stonewall Jackson Hospital. Mr. Morris was born August 21, 1918, in Rockbridge County, a son of the late Charles Nicely Morris and Lena Reynolds Morris. He was a member of the Collierstown Presbyterian Church and retired from Burlington Industries. He was also a veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by a brother, Kelly Morris. Surviving are three nieces, Linda Morris Phillips of Winfield, W.Va.; Jeannie Morris Lewis, South Charleston, W.Va.; Barbara Morris Register of Raleigh, N. C.; one nephew, Kelly Morris, Jr., South Charleston, W. Va. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 3, 1992, at the Harrison Funeral Chapel with the Rev. William A. Cole officiating. Burial will follow in the Collierstown Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
