GIRL, 14, WOUNDED IN SHOOTING INCIDENT

A 14-year-old Northwest Roanoke girl was shot in the right thigh about 5 p.m. Saturday, but police said the wounding might have been accidental.

Police said the suspect in the shooting also is a juvenile.
