DO SOMETHING TO STOP DRUNKEN DRIVERS

I WANT to express my fear about drunken drivers out on our highways. What can be done to stop it?

My sister died in an auto accident in West Virginia. It has taken something from me that I will never get back. The great smile and laugh she had; she always thought of someone else.

I am so mad that she had to die this way. What can we do to see that more people don't have to go through the pain that I am going through now? This is something I will never get over. What can be done to stop it? NANCY RUCKER GOODVIEW
