SENIOR CITIZENS OFFERED LEGAL ADVICE HANDBOOK
The Virginia Bar Association is offering a handbook to help senior citizens. It can be obtained by mail for $2, including postage and handling."Senior Citizens Handbook" explains laws and programs affecting older Virginians in areas such as financial assistance, consumer rights, housing, health care, estate property and age discrimination. It also includes addresses and telephone numbers of agencies that might be useful.
