BENNETT, YVONNE H.

Yvonne H. (Bonnie) Bennett, age 58, of Rt. 2, died Tuesday in a Roanoke hospital. She was born in Grandview, Ill., on January 29, 1934, and was the widow of James Riker Bennett, Sr. Survivors include a son, James R. Bennett, Jr., Bedford; two daughters, Linda Ann Zink, Vallejo, Calif.; Jessica Marie Bennett, Bedford; one brother, Alonzo J. Hargus, Jr., Schiller Park, Ill.; three grandchildren, Gabriel Conan, Tara Nicole, James Riker, III. Memorial services will be conducted on Thursday, February 6, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. at the Carder-Tharp Funeral Chapel. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Memorial Program - 501 St. Jude Place - Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
