`TAX FACTS' CLASS AT OPEN UNIVERSITY

YMCA Open University, 205 Washington St., will sponsor "Tax Facts," a class for adults taught by Diane Green.

The first session is today, 7-9 p.m., at Blacksburg High School. The class will meet again Feb. 19.
