MEDIA ARE SUBJECT OF VA. TECH FORUM
The Virginia Tech Committee on Social Justice and Diversity is sponsoring a forum entitled "Whose Publication Is It? The Role of Communications Media in Campus and Community Issues."
The forum will feature presentations by representative from Spectrum, the Collegiate Times, VTTV, the Preston Journal and WUVT.
Faculty members Steven Anderson, Robert Denton and Wat Hopkins of the department of communications studies will be the respondents.
An opportunity for audience participation will follow.
The forum will be held Feb. 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the Donaldson Brown Continuing Education Center in the front auditorium.
