TECH PROFESSOR TO LEAD CHILD-NUTRITION PROGRAM
Janette Taper, a professor in the department of human nutrition and foods at Virginia Tech, will be the speaker at Rainbow Riders Clubhouse on Monday at 7 p.m.
Taper teaches courses in maternal and pediatric nutrition and has co-authored a textbook, "Maternal and Child Nutrition."
The hourlong program will focus on nutritional needs of infants and young children and provide guidance on how to best meet those needs. The cost is $3.
