Melissa Grose of Daleville and Randy Barnard of Fincastle are pleased to announce their engagement. Melissa is the daughter of Mike and Janie Layman of Daleville and Brad and Debby Grose of Vinton. Randy is the son of Willard and Harriett Barnard of Fincastle. A September wedding is planned.
