HEDGEPETH-DIERKS

The Mayor and Mrs. Roger Hedgepeth, of Blacksburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Carol, to David Gary Dierks, of Bristol, Virginia. He is the son of Gary and Sandy Dierks, of Traer, Iowa. Miss Hedgepeth is a graduate of Blacksburg High School and Virginia Tech where she majored in communications. Mr. Dierks is a meteorology graduate of Iowa State University. They are both currently employed at WCYB TV, an NBC affiliate in Bristol, Virginia. An August wedding is planned to occur in Blacksburg.
