Matthew Edmunds, of Radford, announces the engagement of his mother, Judy A. Edmunds, to Stephen Todd, of Christiansburg. Judy, the daughter of Annie K. Reynolds, of Altavista, is currently attending New River Community College. Stephen, the son of Dan and Wilma Todd, of Timberville, Va., is a graduate of Virginia Tech (1976) and Virginia Western Community College (1983); and is employed by New River Community College. A June 20, 1992, wedding is planned.
