PERSINGER BIRTH

Haley Elizabeth Persinger was born at Community Hospital on January 14, 1992, at 5:08 p.m. She weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. Her parents are Terry and Leslie Persinger of Vinton. Grandparents are Alfred and Gaynelle Persinger of New Castle and James and Sandra Poff of Salem. Great grandmothers are Beatrice Palmer, Kathleen Jones, and Etta Poff, all of Salem.
