COLEMAN, ETHEL C.

Mrs. Ethel Carolyn Coleman, age 89, of 917 McDowell Avenue, N.W. and formerly of Washington, D.C., passed away Saturday, February 8, 1992, at Burrell Continuing Care Center. She is survived by one grandnephew, Raymond Ham; three nephews, Holsey Ham Jr., Haille Ham, both of Roanoke; Samuel Ham, Norwalk, Conn.; two nieces, Mrs. Ruth Cannaday and Mrs. Naomi Wilson, both of Roanoke; other friends in Roanoke, G.C. Reeves, Virginia Johnson, T. Jackson and James Wade; three devoted friends in Washington, D.C., Dr. L. Williams, Mrs. Plumie J. Scott, and Mrs. Lavall. There will be a private wake Monday for the family only. A graveside service will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Williams Memorial Burial Park conducted by the Rev. Mitchell. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in the name of Mrs. Ethel C. Coleman to the Burrell Continuing Care Center. Arrangements by Williams Funeral Home.
