WOOSLEY, ANNIE Y.

Mrs. Annie Yates Wilson Woosley, age 90 of the Methodist Retirement Home in Durham, died Monday, February 10, 1992 after one year of declining health. She was married to the late Nathaniel Wilson, who died in 1955 and later W.J. Woosley who died in 1978. She was born in Orange County, N.C. the daughter of the late Charles William and Ella Stewart Yates. She was a former employee of Belk-Beck. She was a member of Front Street United Methodist Church and a former member of the Eastern Star. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Wade F. (Doris) Lowe, Burlington; one son, N. Warren Wilson, Durham; one stepson, Sanford K. Woosley, Greensboro; one brother, Robert C. Yates, Nathalie, Va.; five grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; one great-grandchild. Services will be at the chapel of Front Street United Methodist Church, 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 1992. Burial at Pine Hill Cemetery. Dr. Jack Hunter, pastor of the church assisted by Rev. Jack Fogleman, Jr., minister of visitation at Front Street United Methodist Church will officiate. Mrs. Woosley will remain at Lowe Funeral Home until being taken to the church for services. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday. At other times the family will be at the home of the daughter, Mrs. Doris Lowe, 104 Shannon Dr., Burlington, N.C.
