Mrs. Mabel Virginia Hamilton, age 88, of Roanoke, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 1992. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernie Hamilton; and a son, Carson Hamilton. Surviving are daughters, Hazel Buchanan, of Daleville; Julia McGee and Rebecca Lorenz, both of Staunton; sons, James Hamilton and Russell Hamilton, both of Staunton; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
