JIM TROUT'S SKILLS NEEDED ON COUNCIL

I FEEL that we need a skilled and highly capable person for City Council, and Jim Trout is that person. The cornerstone of his campaign is to create new jobs and economic growth. He is interested in improving the quality of life for every citizen, and in programs for economic growth, quality education and strong neighborhoods.

I do believe we will make progress with Mr. Trout on City Council, and I regret he is not running for mayor. MARGARET A. HIGH ROANOKE
