JOCKEY IS SOME BIGOT'S IDEA OF JOKE

GREAT PICTURE on the front page Feb. 6. It's nice to see that our local constabulary is being trained as to who their enemy really is. I suppose there's another jockey somewhere at the training camp that's painted white with long hair and a beard.

Of course I realize that it's not a training tool, but some fascist bully-boy bigot's idea of a joke. He's a great comedian and should be on "Saturday Night Live," not on the streets of Roanoke carrying a badge and a gun.
