U.S. stock and financial markets will be closed Monday for the Presidents' Day holiday. The federal holiday also will delay by one day the auction of Treasury bills. The Roanoke Times & World-News will not publish financial tables on Tuesday.

Business Management Services Inc., an employee-benefits, accounting and retirement-plan administrator, has moved to expanded offices at 11-A Franklin Road, Roanoke. The company also has opened a sales office in Raleigh, N.C., and expects to open one in Greensboro, N.C., this fall.
