REIFSNIDER-SANDS

Fulfilling a family tradition that dates back many generations by having the ceremony at the Grace United Church of Christ in Taneytown, Maryland, Lisa Marie Sands and Jason Miles Reifsnider were married on December 28.

The bride is the daughter of Lt. Col. (USAF Retired) and Mrs. David A. Sands, of Austin, Texas. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth L. Reifsnider, of Blacksburg, Virginia.

Lisa and Jason are December 1990 graduated of The University of Texas at Austin. They met as members of Alpha Phi Omega running the large Texas flag before the UT football games in the fall of 1988. A Texas flag that had flown over the Capitol building on Texas Independence Day and later over The University of Texas campus graced the back wall of Fitzgerald's Hall for the wedding reception.

The couple are now making their home in Ventura, California.
