HALL, HENSEL J., SR.Hensel Jefferson Hall, Sr., age 80 of the Pulaski Retirement Community, Pulaski, died Monday morning in the Pulaski Community Hospital. Born in Pulaski, Virginia on June 14, 1911, he was the son of the late Jefferson Bland David Hall and Ada White Hall. Mr. Hall was a retired employee of Xaloy, Inc. of Pulaski. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his wife Jestine Farmer Hall. Survived by one daughter, Mrs. George W. (Peggy) Galloway, III, Dublin; one son, Hensel J. (Jeff) Hall, Jr., Dublin; four sisters, Mrs. Wayne (Thelma) Wheeling, Lynchburg; Mrs. George (Manola) McCraw, Dublin; Mrs. Ed (Alva) Delmar, Dover, Del.; Mrs. Cecil (Helen) Hanks, Xenia, Ohio; three brothers, A. E. "Ebb" Hall, Dublin; Glenn D. Hall, Pulaski; Woodrow Hall, Shawsville; two granddaughters, Andrea Carol Hall, Jill Suzanne Hall. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. from Stevens Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Stanley B. Armos officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. Visiting will be held Tuesday evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. The family will be meeting at the home of Jeff Hall, Route 806 (off Claytor Lake Road), Dublin, Virginia.
