ROY D'ARDENNE ENTERS RACE FOR A SEAT ON PULASKI'S TOWN COUNCIL

Roy D'Ardenne, who's been attending Pulaski Town Council and council committee sessions lately, apparently is not discouraged by what he saw. He's the first candidate to file for one of four seats to be filled in May 5 elections.

A scheduler-planner at the Radford Arsenal, D'Ardenne has served on the town Planning Commission, Architectural Review Board and New River Valley Development Corp.

He's been active in the United Way and Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce and was in the Army in Vietnam. He and his wife have two sons at Virginia Tech.
