RURITAN INTERNATIONAL APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR

Ruby Freeman of Wytheville has become the first woman named as a national director of Ruritan International.

She has been named to a three-year term, and assigned to the New River District for her first year.

The organization was founded in 1928.
