JABBOUR, GEORGE J.

George John Jabbour, age 82, of Charlotte, N.C., died Thursday, February 13, 1992, at his residence. She was a native of Roanoke, Va. and the son the late Ernest and LabeBe Jabbour. He was a retired shoe manager and buyer for Montaldo's. Survivors include his wife, Helen Cammer Jabbour, of the home; a stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Gene and Lillian Owen, Charlotte, N.C.; two brothers, Albert Jabbour, Roanoke; William Jobbour, Colonial Heights; one sister, Mrs. Isabelle Jabbour Attalla, Roanoke; one granddaughter, Andrea; one great-granddaughter, Allegre. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 1300 Baxter St., Suite 101, Charlotte, N.C. 28204. A memorial service was held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 18, at Harry & Bryant Chapel in the Oaks. Interment was private.
