McMAHAN, NELLIE M.

Nellie McClure McMahan, age 81, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, February 18, 1992, at Heritage Hall Health Care Center No. 1. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Christine M. and Clarence B. Shaver, Fostoria, Ohio; Thelma M. and Edwin A. Hypes, Christiansburg; Dianne M. and Ted Dove, Chesapeake; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth E. McMahan, Christiansburg; Thomas D. and Odell McMahan, Blacksburg; two sisters, Georgia Hoyler, Roanoke; Lillian Greene, Shawsville; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 21, at McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Ira W. Smith Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
