LOCKARD, GEORGE H.

George H. Lockard, age 75 of Roanoke, died Wednesday, February 19, 1992. Mr. Lockard is survived by his wife, Celia H. Lockard; two sons, Ronald Gene Lockard and George M. Lockard, all of Roanoke; two daughters, Susan Chambers of Fairfax, Va.; Sheldia June Lilienfield of Santa Maria, Fla.; a sister, Nellie Cole of Roanoke; and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 22, at 12:00 noon at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel with the Rev. Charles Swicegood officiating with interment to follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
