Ms. Katie Cathelene (Cheetah) Cook, age 40, of Loudoun Avenue, N.W., passed away Wednesday, February 19, 1992, in the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville, Va. Survivors include her mother and father, Gladys Cook and Willie Cook Sr.; one son, Matthew Cook; one brother, Willie Cook Jr.; two sisters, Mary Geneva Paige and Marlene Tinsley; one brother-in-law, Donald Tinsley Sr., all of Roanoke; a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, other relatives and friends.
