West of the University:\ Downey Street, from Tyler Avenue to Third Avenue, especially on the south side\ of the street.\ Fairfax Street, Tyler Avenue to Third Avenue.\ Calhoun Street, the first block from Tyler Avenue.\ Clement Street, from Tyler Avenue to Second Avenue.\ First Avenue, between Fairfax and Calhoun streets, where only the street light was found.\ \ East of the University:\ Jefferson Street between Fairfax and Clement Streets.\ Davis Street, east from Jefferson Street and continuing two blocks.\ University Drive, the bridge to the Dedmon Center, where only one side is lighted well.\ \ University Property:\ A dirt road between Davis and Calhoun Streets adjacent to parking lot M that is used as a short cut to several apartments.\ The stairs from the bridge on University Drive to the upper parking lot.
