SPRAKER, VIRGINIA P.

Virginia Pugh Spraker, age 81 of Hardy Road, died Thursday, February 20, 1992. Surviving are her husband of sixty-five years, Fred D. Spraker Sr.; her son and daughter-in-law, Fred Jr. (Cannonball) and Lovelene Spraker, Vinton; her daughters and sons-in-law, Dorothy and Dexter Neighbors, Roanoke County; Betty and Al Dyson, Salem; Joan and Art Clarke, Judy S. Rogers, all of Bedford; her sisters and brother-in-law, Hallie and Lewis Hunley, Madeline Wright, all of Roanoke; Violet Tarpley, Salem; two sisters-in-law, Ruth Pugh, Vinton; and Frances Pugh, Salem; eighteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's Vinton Chapel Saturday, February 22, 11:30 a.m. with the Rev. John E. Armitstead officiating. Interment in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
