Grumman Corp., a Bethpage, N.Y. aerospace contractor with announced plans to sell or close its Grumman Emergency Products Inc. division in Roanoke, said Thursday its Allied Division subsidiary will form a joint venture company with Louis Saia III to manufacture and market temperature-controlled, insulated shipping containers.
