ARTS CENTER DECISION WELCOMED IN NARROWS

The Progress in Narrows Now Committee (PINN) wishes to publicly express its appreciation and respect for the Narrows Town Council and its decision to fund the feasibility study for the proposal to become the "Center for the Arts for the Virginias."

The mayor and Town Council have demonstrated . . . determination to continue their record of progressive town government in search of business and community enhancement projects, which will benefit the community. At the same time, they reaffirm their intent to study to proposal carefully before future decisions are made.
