BROWN-VINES

Mr. and Mrs. John L. Brown announce the engagement of their daughter, Toni Christy, to Richard Randolph Vines, son of Richard B. and Jean Vines, formerly of Blacksburg. Christy is pursuing a degree in Animal Science at Virginia Tech. Randy is a graduate of Virginia Tech and is presently employed by the Cancer Research Center at the University of Virginia. An August wedding is planned.
