Dr. and Mrs. Roy Lee Wright of Cedar Bluff announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Jean, to Stephen Edmund Wiegandt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph C. Wiegandt of Troutville. She is a graduate of Richlands High School in Richlands. He is a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School in Daleville. Both are graduates of the University of Virginia. A June wedding is planned.
