JOHNSON, JOHN W.John William Johnson, age 82 of Daytona Beach, Fla., died Thursday, February 20, 1992. Mr. Johnson attended Science Hill High School in Johnson City, Tenn., and was a graduate of Virginia Tech and a member of the Alumni Association. He was a forty eight year member of Kendrick-Wagner Masonic Lodge No. 690 Philadelphia, Pa. and was a member of Knights Templar. He was a retired drafting engineer from Losch Boiler Company, Summit Station, Pa. and was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Davies Johnson of Standish, N.Y. Surviving are three sons, Kenneth P. Johnson, Hamburg, Pa.; John F. Johnson, Winter Park, Fla.; Robert Lee Johnson, San Francisco, Calif.; a brother, Fred Johnson, Roanoke; his sister-in-law, Vern Johnson, Lancaster, Pa.; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Oakey's Roanoke Chapel Tuesday, February 25, 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Walter M. Lockett, Jr. officiating. Interment in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday morning prior to the funeral service at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
