BLACKSBURG CLUB DOWNS RADFORD 19-13

The Blacksburg Rugby Club "A" side downed Radford University 19-13 on Saturday in its first match of the season.

Paul Rossler, Bob Richardson and Bill Gaspar each scored a try for Blacksburg, and Mike Sadler had two conversion kicks and a penalty kick.

Radford's "A" side dropped to 1-1. Blacksburg dominate the "B" match with a 36-3 rout. - Staff report
