NOW WE have had it. The Department of Motor Vehicles wants to tax two more dollars on your vehicles. Your vehicle is the most-taxed personal property there is. Everything you buy for it is taxed.Since the DMV is overdrawing its checking account, maybe it's time to replace some people.
