CRAIG, CHRISTINE C. Christine Cooper Craig, age 81, of Martinsville, died February 23, 1992, at Memorial Hospital Martinsville Henry County. She was born April 7, 1910, in Franklin County, the daughter of the late William M. and Pearl Hundley Cooper. She was the wife of the late George Taylor Craig. She was a knitter and inspector with Sales & Lacy Knitting, retired after 30 years, and a member of the Snow Creek Christian Church. She is survived by two daughters Mrs. Billy (Joy) Haskins, Penhook; and Brandy English, Martinsville; one brother Othello Cooper, Martinsville; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., at McKee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Berlin Hanks will officiate with interment in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends between 7:00 and 8:30 p.m., Monday, at McKee Funeral Home, and other times at the home on Park Street in Martinsville.
