OBIT -WALTERS, D.

WALTERS, DOUGLAS K. Douglas K Walters, age 38, of Saluda, Va., formerly of Wytheville, died Saturday, February 22, 1992. He was an Engineering Analyst with the Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company and a nine year U.S. Navy Veteran. Mr. Walters was preceded in death by his father, Robert Kent Walters, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Susan Walters; one daughter, Karen McClurg, of the home; three sons, Keith and Brian Walters, of the home; and Peter McClurg, Florida; his mother, Nora Walters; and one brother, Robert Walters, both of Wytheville. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home, Saluda. Interment will be in Middlesex Memorial Cemetery, Urbanna.
