FISHER, EMILY A. Mrs. Emily America Fisher, age 72, of the Woodlands, N.W., Roanoke County, died Monday, February 24, 1992. She was a member of Roanoke Valley Worship Center. She is survived by her husband, Carlton D. Fisher; three daughters and sons-in-law, Ella Marie and Alan Hubberman, Randalls Town, Md.; Sharon and Richard Gartin, Baltimore, Md.; Joy and Bernie Roberts, Jr., Pasadena, Md.; eight grandchildren; three stepdaughters, Lynn Ferguson, Buchanan; Jean Johnson, Boones Mill; Jane Beaver, Greensboro, N.C.; she is also survived by fours and two sisters. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel, 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, with the Rev. Paul Davis officiating. A second service will be from the McCulley Funeral Home, Pasadena, Md. on Thursday with burial in Glenhaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roanoke Valley Worship Center, 1488 Peters Creek Rd., Roanoke, Va. 24017. After the service on Tuesday, the family will receive friends at Oakey's North Chapel from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
