HALF OF PULASKI INDICTMENTS ARE FOR DRUG CHARGES
A Pulaski County grand jury has issued direct indictments against more than 40 people, with more than half the charges involving drugs.Indicted for distribution of cocaine are Albert Charles Pippins, already being held in the county jail on other charges; Steven Charles Williamson, now being held in the Hampton city jail, and James K. Johnson, whose whereabouts are not known.
Teena Gray Wingo of Route 3, Pulaski, faces indictments for possession of cocaine and four other drugs.
Michael Ellery Nester of MacGill Village in Pulaski is charged with misdemeanor drug possession, along with having a concealed weapon after a felony conviction.
Indictments charging misdemeanor possession of marijuana were brought against Christopher Britt Thompson and Dale Leonard St. Clair, both of Radford; John William Burnette of Dora Highway in Pulaski; James Brian McGuire of McGhee's Trailer Park in Radford; Tracy Alan Hylton of Bland; Rebecca Arlene Smith of Fairlawn; Charles Crockett Smith, Jeffrey Franklin Worrell, John Roger Wright and James Currie Blair, all of Pulaski. Blair also is charged with petty larceny.
Patricia Diane Ayers of Pulaski is charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana; Wanda Jane Ridpath of Pulaski, with manufacturing marijuana, and John Michael Sullivan, no address given, with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Other direct indictments returned last week include:
Bobby Ray Boysaw and Joseph Anthony Lottier, both of Pulaski, each charged with abduction and maliciously causing bodily injury; Jerome Winford Harvey Jr. of New River, rape and sodomy; Paul Eugene Edmonds of Pulaski, rape; Anthony Earl Aikers of Radford, rape and aggravated sexual battery; Mark Joseph Tabor of Dublin, grand larceny of a car; Dreama Dawn Strader of Pulaski, arson.
Also, Wallace Mason Biggs of Route 2, Pulaski, aggravated sexual battery; Kirk Douglas Hall of Pulaski, possession of a firearm after a felony conviction, concealed weapon and trespass; Gary Wayne Nunn, no address, possessing a firearm after a felony conviction, and Joseph Phillip Anderson, now being held at Dublin Correctional Unit No. 1, breaking and entering and grand larceny.
Also, Donna Kay Perkins, no address given, two charges of grand larceny; Cynthia Regina Martin of Fairlawn, credit card theft and forgery; Sherry Kay Surratt of Pulaski, three forgery charges; Theresa Lynn Edwards of Dublin, shoplifting after prior convictions; Jennifer Leigh Farmer of Dublin, two forgery charges; Melanie Lynn Callahan of Pulaski, forgery; Lillie Anders Lindsey, Fairlawn, forgery.
Also, Lisa Dawn Kemp of Dublin, grand larceny; Brenda Gillespie Carroll of Pulaski, petty larceny; Christopher Mark Grady, Clearbrook, false pretense by larceny; Mark Steven Hight, Pulaski, two charges of driving under the influence; Jon Quintin Wright, Radford, driving under the influence and eluding authorities; Danny Wayne Albert, Pulaski, indecent liberties, and L. Alberta Dalton, Dublin, felony bad check and two false pretense charges.
