HEALTH, STRESS CONTROL ARE WORKSHOP TOPICS
A workshop on "Professional Women and Their Health" will be sponsored March 13 by Wytheville Community College's office systems and procedures class and continuing education department.
It will cover stress management techniques and health management on the job, at home and with family and community. The workshop will start with registration at 8:30 a.m. and run to 3:30 p.m. Registration is $25, which includes lunch and materials.
The morning session will be conducted by Debra Fox, who works with professional business leaders at Alabama's Patrick Henry Community College. Dr. Susan G. Mourot of Wytheville will conduct an afternoon session on health issues.
