WRAY, LOIS T.

Mrs. Lois Thurman Wray, age 87 of 813 Pell Avenue, died Friday morning at her residence. She was the widow of Berger Wray. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Bobby Ziegler of Rocky Mount; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gerald and Ada Wray, Jack Owen and Edith Wray of Rocky Mount; three sisters and one brother, Neva Wray, Cassie Brown, Maude Brown and James Thurman, all of Rocky Mount; a special friend, Alvia O'Neal. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in Lynch Chapel by the Rev. Charles Comer. Interment will follow in the Thurman Family Cemetery. Friends may call at Lynch Funeral Home after 2:00 p.m. Saturday where the family will be from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and other times at Mrs. Wray's residence.
