TECH VOLLEYBALL TEAM GETS HOMETOWN HITTER

The Virginia Tech volleyball team secured its fourth recruit for the 1992 season on Thursday when Blacksburg High School senior Suzie Schneider committed to join the team as a walk-on.

Schneider, a 5-foot-4 outside hitter, was a first-team All-Region IV and All-New River District selection last season as the Indians posted an 18-3 season. - Staff report
