Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Wolford of Vinton, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Penelope Jane, to Steven Ross Ellis, son of Mr. Danny Ellis of Moneta, and Mrs. Donnetta Ellis of Roanoke. Miss Wolford graduated from William Byrd High School and is employed by Commercial Credit. Mr. Ellis graduated from Staunton River High School and is employed by W.H.P.T. Trucking Company. A July wedding is planned.
