Karen Renee St.Clair and William Edward Wiatt were married February 22,
1992 in Gospel Baptist Church. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. Samuel
J. Huntley. The reception was held at the church fellowship hall. The maid of
honor was Jeness (J.J.) Ficarra, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were
Kathy Finkbeiner, sister of the bride, and Sharon St.Clair, sister-in-law of
the bride. Flowergirl was Amy Mason, niece of the bride. The best man was
Tommy Whitt, friend of the groom. The ushers were Marty Dowdy, friend of the
groom, and Paul St.Clair, Jr., brother of the bride. Ringbearer was Jonathan
Mason, nephew of the bride. The guestbook was attended by Mrs. Diana Hall. The
bride's gown was drop waited, long sleeved of Venetian lace with silk taffeta
skirt. She carried a bouquet of white roses with burgundy accents and sprays
of pearls. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul H. St.Clair, Sr., of
Salem. She is employed by Montgomery Regional Hospital in Blacksburg. The
groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Wiatt of Blacksburg, is employed by
Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. The newlyweds will live in Christiansburg,
after a short wedding trip.
