CRICKENBERGER, CHARLOTTE C. BUENA VISTA - Charlotte Claytor Crickenberger,
age 90, died Saturday, February 29, 1992, in the Stonewall Jackson Hospital.
Mrs. Crickenberger was born October 10, 1901, in Rockbridge County, a daughter
of the late Samuel Alphonso Claytor and Lillie Beatrice Claytor. She was the
widow of Clarence Crickenberger and a member of the Buena Vista Baptist
Church. She retired in 1979 from Lady Bird Apparel. Surviving are two
sisters-in-law, Mrs. Mae Crickenberger, Buena Vista; Mrs. Annabelle Claytor of
Glasgow; eight nieces and three nephews. Funeral services will be conducted
11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 1992, at the Buena Vista Baptist Church with Dr.
Chip L. Pendleton officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the
Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
