HODGES, JOHNNY L. Johnny Lawrence Hodges, age 52, of Roanoke, died Sunday at his home. He was an employee of John W. Hancock Incorporated. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence W. Hodges and a brother, Elton Hodges. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Fred Graham of Roanoke; a son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Melody Hodges of Vinton; former wife and friend, Fern Hodges of Vinton; three grandchildren, Jarrett Graham, Brandon and Jessica Hodges; mother, Elsie Schilling Hodges of Callaway; brothers, James Hodges of Vinton; Carlton Hodges of Martinsville; Ronnie Hodges of Callaway; Emory Hodges of Ridgeway; Michael Hodges of Callaway; sisters, Margie Bohon of Roanoke; Brenda Arnett of Boones Mill. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 1992 with Pastor G. Douglas Witt officiating. Burial will be in the Hodges Family Cemetery, Callaway. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
