"Good Morning America" co-host Joan Lunden says it was hard to end her troubled marriage in part because her private life, including three pregnancies, has been so public.

"I hate the supermom thing," Lunden told People magazine in this week's issue. "It's as though somehow I'm held two rungs above everybody else. Because I've had my babies in front of people it's kind of like I couldn't let my marriage fail. But nobody can handle the whole thing perfectly."

Lunden, 41, announced her separation from producer Michael Krauss, 52, at the end of January. They had been married 13 years.

"There are no horror stories," Lunden said. "Michael and I didn't leave each other for anybody else. We've been growing apart for years."

"Good Morning America" viewers followed Lunden's pregnancies, and she chronicled her motherhood on several syndicated and cable shows Krauss created for her, "Mother's Minutes," "Mother's Day" and "Everyday With Joan Lunden."

Most celebrities would rather be heard than seen in TV commercials, especially since they can make up to $250,000 for a four-commercial campaign.

Why would a company hire celebs who aren't identified? "There's a visceral response to a voice that is familiar," says a talent agency spokesman.

Here are some of the anonymous voices we hear:

"Spray 'n Wash gets out what America gets into." - Lauren Bacall

"Keds. They feel good." - Demi Moore

"She instilled her horror of accidents in her husband, who happens to run a car company called Volvo." - Donald Sutherland

"Tonight, all over America, women will be slipping into something a little more comfortable." - Sally Kellerman (for Lee jeans)

When 11-year-old movie star Macaulay Culkin is home alone, he likes to curl up and watch situation comedies.

"I like `Family Matters.' And I watch `Roseanne,' too," he said in this week's TV Guide.

Culkin, who was reported to have netted $5 million for the sequel to "Home Alone," has his own room in a brownstone his family recently bought in New York's Manhattan.

"I have my own TV and cable in my room," he said. "I have four pillows on my bed, and I cover up and start watching TV all day." His favorite for marathon viewing: Nickelodeon's "Nick at Night."
