Garry Brian Ferris, age 32 of Route 1, Vinton, passed away Wednesday in a local hospital. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Edna Reed Ferris and Vincent (Buddy) Ferris. He was a Cardiac Tech for Roanoke City Emergency Services. Survivors include his wife, Susan Armstrong Ferris; daughter, Pam Ferris; his paternal grandmother, Lessie Ferris, Blue Ridge. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 1992 from the Lotz Vinton Chapel. Rev. Clayton Leonard and the Rev. Dargan Lucas will officiate. Burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Blue Ridge. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to your local rescue squad. Friends may call at Lotz Vinton Chapel.
